3. Khách hàng gói lại hàng nguyên trạng ban đầu, đầy đủ phụ kiện và sản phẩm.
4. Shiper Viettel của shop sẽ tới tận nhà khách hàng nhận lại hàng.
5. Shop nhận hàng và kiểm tra lại sản phẩm.
6. Shop gửi lại sản phẩm mới hoặc chuyển khoản hoàn tiền lại cho quý khách.
